Private Highway Networks

Across the server, there exists various private highways and highway networks, controlled by both private organisations (e.g. the Southern Union for Development or NorthEast Transportation Department), or individual players.

Most of these link up to the Government Highway Network, and to eachother through various methods, whether that's through a city or major structure, or a direct highway connection. These can connect player infrastructure, buildings and cities.
