2018 Valentines
The 2018 Valentines Event was the first ever major event in Hellominers history. Players would travel to a heart shaped island and team up to defeat "The Destroyer or Love" to collect rose petals, these would be turned in to a shop where you could get the Lovebane or Valentines Armor set.
Valentines 2018 was the first major event on the server - this was done while ultra was still a moderator with the help of marc. The event consisted of an item shop, maze, and a mosh pit boss. The boss would spawn with a large amount of hp and require atleast 5-10 people to defeat it (unless people had OP stuff.) Quite often you would find tons of players swarming the wither skeleton boss. The boss dropped “rosebud” items which were red dye. These were used in the item shop to exchange into some of the original valentines armour or tool set. The maze also spawned mobs called maze runners who would drop rosebuds as well. Completing the maze granted a 250f reward.
2019 Valentines Event
There was no official valentines 2019 event. A event was created which was going to follow the original ecudk 2017 event however progress was never completed. Originally the story was going to be around a character named lovedeer who lost their heart. Players would have to battle mobs to get key fragments which would lead them to two bosses, the light boss and the dark boss. After completing both bosses players would be able to exchange the “lovedeer light heart/dark heart” to combine them to create “lovedeers heart” which would have granted a huge offhand HP boost. After realizing how cringe the name lovedeer was, and after complaints from players thinking it looked like super halloween, the event was cancelled days before launch. Items, and mobs were finished along with both boss rooms. The event was re-made into ecduk 2019 - fun fact its built in the exact same spot and some small elements still remain like the stalls and some emerald stuff. Emerald armour was one item that would have been in the shop; it looked super cool too. Spoilers, The Ecduk King stole his heart, as you can see with the green/purple blocks.
2020 Valentines Event
Please enter more information here im too tired. .......... palace was discovered in the sky about Helloclan City! By collecting rares, players could turn in their event currency to a shop to create a boss key. Inside the palace was a round ying yang room where a panda was battled. By collecting enough rares, players would be able to purchase Iron, Gold and Diamond Sabres of Power. Originally these swords would smite you with lightning when you dealt enough damage to your enemies, however with the removal of MythicMobs, these rares became highly sought after.
Valentines 2020 took place in a floating asian themed temple. There was no major storyline however progression involved players attacking pink ninjas to get key fragments which they would then use to battle the boss within the temple! The event launched with the first of the updated shrines sharing a similar theme. Notable items include the Diamond/gold/iron sabres of power!!!! And the four flowers. There was also two armor sets, one for the pink ninjas and one from the vote crate.
