Factory Fever

The Factory Fever quest was a quest operational prior to 1.12. At HelloClan, (formerly /warp c), there used to be a chestshop that sold a JUNIPER JOURNAL book. This book described the situation in the quest, as well as it's location.

The quest is located south south-east of Montego Bay's Hot Spring District, however is no longer accessible to the public.

The quest, commonly called the “Acciden’s Factory” quest, was a quest active between 2015 and 20**. The plot behind the quest is that you must shut down a chemical factory that has contaminated the security members tasked to protect the facility. These guards have become hostile entities, and have been attacking the village. You must navigate your way through a series of obstacles to reach the control room of the factory to shut it down and be awarded an Acciden’s Plaque*.

1. Travel to the coordinates X600Z2120 (opposite the river of Montego Bay’s “Oppai District”), where you will find a small dock, village, and a large factory. The dock has a small shack with food chestshops and leads to the village. The village itself consists of a graveyard, church, a small farm, and a few smaller homes. A path will lead you up to the factory. Be warned that there are numerous Acciden’s Guards in the area.
2. Search for any survivors whilst fighting off the Acciden’s Guards. Once you find a security pass*, head to the entrance of the factory and place the pass into the Government chest, ensuring you’re standing on the weighted pressure plate in front of the chest.
3. You will be teleported to the inside of the factory. From here, you will be in a small hallway with a hole in the wall at the end of it. Fight the guards off and enter into the hole to the left of the hallway.
4. Now, you will be in an armory. Navigate your way into the corridor on the opposite side of the room. The corridor has a zig-zag navigation, as it is barred off. Be careful not to trigger any traps in this corridor.
5. Now, you will be in a room with a staircase. Head up the staircase, where..........
6. Once you are in the control room of the factory, you need to climb up to the catwalk of the room and to the small space in the corner opposite the ladder used to access the catwalk. Pull the lever, and you should be teleported out of the factory, with the Acciden’s Plaque and a chat broadcast stating you have completed the Factory Fever quest.

Juniper Journal - Breaking News FROM OUR REPORTER. Dark news has come from the town of Juniper An ill fate has befallen the once prosperous factory town. Survivors report that the security guards tasked with keeping the chemical factory safe have abandoned their posts and attacked the village. It is speculated that they have been contaminated by something inside of the factory. Whatever the source of the problems, the fact remains that the town is no longer safe; the factory has been abandoned. Rumour has it that there are still villagers alive inside their houses in the village. Any courageous adventurers are called upon to travel to the village to aid these villages who are in their houses. The town is located at X600, Y65, Z2120, the overworld.
