History

Founding

It was founded during 2020 as a result of the forums downtime, so HelloMiners had a central place for advertising properties for sale. It was founded by Edgewurth, and later had alfroda996 brought on as CEO.

Agora attempts to purchase HEA

Not long after it opened, Agora had made numerous attempts at purchasing Horizon Estate Agency, offering F25,000, the ability to keep ownership, and joining the leadership of Agora. Both Edgewurth and alfroda996 had felt that this would lead to no benefits, and was declined due to fears of how many owners of Agora were corrupted at the time and the lack of benefits - despite Edgewurth also wanting to get into the megastore industry.

Decline

With the forums returning, Edgewurth going slightly power hungry for a period of time, and his account later being hacked - Horizon Estate Agency fell short after holding the top reigning power on estate agencies.
