We are the oldest active city economy Minecraft server. Having been established in 2011, we have grown over our 15 years of history, and now give players an dynamic and immersive experience where you could start your own companies, build up a city, or even engage in roleplay.
Joining the Server
HelloMiners is able to be joined by both Bedrock and Java clients. For optimal experience, we recommend joining on Java Edition 1.21.11, however we support between 1.8.x - 26.3 and Bedrock 26.30.
Our Server IP is play.hellominers.com.
Getting Settled In
When you first join the server, you will spawn in the tutorial. We recommend that you follow the tutorial to learn the basics, as the wiki covers both these topics, and more advanced ones, in greater detail. You can also find out more in-game through the /help command.
Once you have completed the tutorial, we suggest starting out by finding a place to call "home", getting a job, and joining our community on both our Discord Server, and by creating a HelloMiners Account.
The Economy
The server currency is called "Forsals" (F). When you first join, you start out with F5,000 to spend on getting your first home, and first set of tools. You can also earn money on our server through multiple channels, including:
- Performing jobs for players
- Selling through Chestshop and on the Auction House
- Starting a Business
- Real Estate

Need More Help?
At any point, if you need help, feel free to browse our guides, or asking in either our Discord Server, Forums, or on the in-game chat. Our staff team is also able to assist with some staff-only tasks, including creating protection regions (/rg), creating subway and airport systems, and for any other general support that players cannot normally do.
To open a ticket, use /ticket open [what you need help with] when there are staff members online, and they will respond to the ticket as soon as they can. If there are no staff members online, or if the staff member cannot help you, please open a ticket over in our #open-a-ticket channel.
