To complete a government minecart delivery job, make your way to /warp jobs in-game. You will be greeted with the below view. Proceed down the hallway through the opening and look on your left side. Here, you will find four government quest jobs, as well as a delivery job NPC, pictured below.
The Signs and their corresponding stone buttons are for different government jobs. Each job board contains the job difficulty, the payout, and the frequency of replay-ability, or how often you can replay the job.
Speak with the Delivery Jobs NPC for the remaining delivery jobs by right-clicking on the npc. Here you will be presented with the transportation jobs GUI.
Argos Lights
Difficulty: HARD
Pay: F500
Frequency: 30 mins
Description: The Argos Lights tp button (located below the sign) will have you transported to the city of Argos, south of HelloHills. Owned by Agora, Argos boasts beautiful architecture in a historic location. When you arrive, you find that the lighthouse is turned off! You have been tasked with delivering the light power up to the top of the lighthouse! Push the minecart up to the top and the city of Argos will compensate you for your assistance.
MonBay Mines
Difficulty: HARD
Pay: F500
Frequency: 30 mins
Description: The MonBay Mines tp button (located below the sign) will have you transported to the city of Montego Bay, west of the Forest Kingdom. Owned by Felipe98_, Montego Bay is one of the largest privately owned cities in HelloClan. Upon arrival, you are provided with a load of mined coal to be delivered for future processing. Transport the minecart to the end of the line to receive your F500 payment from the city of Montego Bay.
Ashford Mine
Difficulty: EASY
Pay: F250
Frequency: 30 mins
Description: The Ashford Mine tp button (located below the sign) will have you transported to the city of Ashford, located south-west of Crystal Bay. Owned by AlexIsTurnt, Ashford holds the original minecart job at Ashford Mine. Upon Arrival, you are provided with a load of coal to be delivered for future processing. Transport the minecart to the end of the line to receive your F250 payment from the city of Ashford.
Wheat Transport
Difficulty: EASY
Pay: F200
Description: An easy transportation job, getting from point A to point B. This job will have you transported to the Western Indonesia Province, located west of River City. Here, you will be transporting a shipment of wheat from the mill to the barn down the road.
Cape Coral Amethyst Transport
Difficulty: MEDIUM
Pay: F400
Description: Some say the crystals are magical… Travel to the city of Cape Coral, located east of Crystal Bay. Owned by MentalGamer, the city of Cape Coral boasts the largest ice boat track on the server! Upon arrival, you will need to transport a cart filled with coral amethyst up the mine to the processing station, and recieve F400 from the city of Cape Coral.
