Avara City is a highly autonomous city of the HelloMiners Soviet Union in the north eastern portion of the map. Its official name is Avara City Special Administrative Region of the HelloMiners Soviet Union (It can be shortened to Avara, Avara City, or Avara SAR). It is owned by PrinceAdam, Gurbanguly, and Thendil.

History

Avara City was founded by ~ADR and approved by NCR in December of 2018. In 2019, PrinceAdam became mayor of the city. In 2022, Avara joined the HelloMiners Soviet Union as a special administrative region.

Governance

The Chief Executive of Avara, PrinceAdam, is the head of state and head of government of the special administrative region, representing the people of Avara, himself, and the chairmans of the HMSU, Thendil and Gurbanguly.

Because of the city's status as a special administrative region of the HMSU, Avara has a capitalist economy, a separate legal system and laws from those of the HMSU, and is able to issue its own passports and have its own diplomatic relations. However, the army of the HMSU is responsible for defense of the city.

Avara, along with Alicante are also the only HMSU cities to have their own independent flag be presented on the server map.

Districts

Downtown Avara- Downtown Avara is the original, sole district of Avara when it was first founded. This district has a stronger focus on its connection with nature compared to the other Avara districts.

The Airport District - The Airport District is the best district of Avara for commerce as most plots in the district are really close to the international airport. It was opened in 2019.

Avara Oaks - Previously it was the Avara City suburbs which was torn down and rebuilt to become a gated suburbs community with a private iron ball field soon to be replaced with a tennis court. Each house in the community has its own garage and driveway as well as dedicated pedestrian paths in the neighborhood.

Transportation

Avara City has an international airport with direct flights to HelloClan City International Airport. Avara also is a member of the NorthEast Transportation Department and has a train station with high speed rail service to Crystal Bay, Snowdonia, Flowing Meadows, Sunset Coast, Narnia, and Cape Coral. There are also highways to the cities listed above except Crystal Bay.
