Bayview is a coastal city located in the Southern Hemisphere of HelloMiners, and a founding member of the Southern Union for Development. The city was founded in 2019 by CakeDevil_275, and has since been known for its immense network of transport infrastructure and its role in serverwide politics, particularly in matters concerning the HMSU.

A Tier 3 city, Bayview is located on Blue Bay opposite Trakai. There are multiple bridges connecting the two, who collaborate on various projects (such as their shared Ironball team).

Districts

West Bay

Retaining the same borders as the city's first region, West Bay is the oldest district in Bayview. It follows a downtown theme, with modern and often tall buildings. Named after the beach it sits on, it includes multiple sights in the city such as the Bayview Bowl and original spawn island.

Chalette

The largest district in the city, Chalette is built almost entirely on an old European theme, with multiple European themed public buildings such as the city's town hall, theatre and bank.

The district is named after Chalot, France.

Financial (FiDi)

Located on the northern border of the city, the Financial District strictly prohibits all residential buildings. The district composes entirely of modern, privately owned, tall office buildings. Companies such as Antec and Forbz Inc own buildings in the district.

The Bayview Stock Exchange will be the only public building in the district.

Docklands

The smallest district in the city, the Docklands are constructed surrounding a small shipping port on Blue Bay. The district offers cheap, state housing to new players as well as amenities such as a Job Center and public spawner. It is the only district to not contain a metro station.

Industrial

Situated between the Airport and Financial District, the Industrial District is one of the largest in the city. The buildings consist of mainly factories and warehouses, which are constructed mainly out of bricks and concrete. The cities brewery, power plant and car dealership are in the area, and it is the only city district to not border the ocean.

Infrastructure

Transport Links

Bayview is connected by rail on the South Line, Great Eastern Railway and Baylink to cities such as Archendale, Alexandria, Cape Coral and Paradise Hills, as well as the SR3 highway to Montego Bay. Bayview hosts multiple modes of transport within its city, such as a tram system along main roads, a Port and a metro system under construction. Bus and taxi stops are frequent throughout the city. There are further plans to construct a monorail to navigate the city's upcoming suburbs.

Bayview International Airport is one of the largest on the server, sitting on 40,000 blocks of land.

As of March 2023 the city has 10 public buildings with 5 more under construction

The completed buildings include: An airport, train station, theatre, stadium, brewery, town hall, bank, military base, pagoda and car dealership.

A stock exchange, courthouse, ferry terminal, power plant and water treatment facility are under construction.
