A town hall is a common public building in Private Cities on HelloMiners. The town hall is sometimes alternatively referred to as a city hall, capitol or headquarters.
Often serving as a centre point of the city, having a town hall is a requirement for all cities looking to achieve approval (Tier 1). In most cases, general city rules can be found in that city's town hall.
