The Private City Department, or just City Department, is a Government Department on HelloMiners. Its role is the regulation of Private Cities, including managing city approval and tier applications, evictions and removal of cities. The Government City Department is its counterpart for the Government Cities HelloClan City, Valley City, River City and Crystal Bay.
